Welcome to PiGenerate. By accessing or using our AI tools for making games at pigenerate.com — images, video, audio, 3D, the AI chat, Codpig, the Arcade, the 3D Library and Piglets (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
By creating an account, generating content, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (16 in the European Economic Area), that if you are under 18 a parent or legal guardian has agreed to these Terms for you and is responsible for any purchase, and that you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
PiGenerate is a SaaS platform for making games: AI generation of images, video, audio, 3D models and browser games using open AI models, an AI chat, and the Arcade for publishing games. We offer free and paid tiers. Most image, video, audio and 3D generation runs on our own GPU infrastructure (premium models run at cloud providers, see 4c); Chat and Codpig use cloud AI models from third-party providers.
You must register with a valid email address, a Google account or a Discord account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
Daily credits are provided free of charge, reset every 24 hours and do not carry over. Bonus credits (credit packs, invite rewards, promo codes) don't expire and are used after the daily credits.
You agree NOT to use the Service to generate, upload, or distribute content that:
We employ automated content moderation. Generations violating these rules will be blocked, and repeat offenders may have their accounts terminated without refund.
The Service runs open AI models under their own licenses. By using a model you also agree to the use restrictions of its license, in particular:
Whatever the model, do not use outputs to deceive people into thinking content is real, to impersonate real people, or for any purpose listed in Section 4.
Games, comments, nicknames, bios, avatars and game covers are checked by an automated AI moderator and may be hidden or removed if they contain sexual content, hateful or strongly insulting language, scams or phishing, malware, or advertising. In comments, links may point only to your own projects on PiGenerate. Anyone can report a game or a comment. If you believe a decision was wrong, write to pigenerate@gmail.com — a human will review it. Multiplayer rooms only relay messages between players; the same rules apply to what you send there.
Models you share in the 3D Library are public: anyone can view and download them under the license you choose (CC0, CC BY 4.0 or CC BY-NC 4.0). Share only models you made, generated on PiGenerate, or have the right to share under that license. No models of real people's likeness, no harmful content. Anyone can report a model; reported models may be hidden until reviewed. You can delete your models at any time; copies people already downloaded stay under the license you chose.
Piglets are AI agents that work for you. A Piglet can chat, search and read public web pages in its own sandboxed browser, run code in a sandbox, keep files in its own folder (including knowledge files you upload), work on tasks in the background and on a schedule, talk to your other Piglets, and — if you connect them — talk to you in Telegram, react to a webhook URL or RSS feeds you set, and send results to a URL you set. Piglets can make mistakes: check important answers. A Piglet never acts in your name on PiGenerate (publishing a game, replying to a comment, changing a game) without your approval, unless you switch it to act on its own. Piglets never log in, buy, pay or type personal data on other websites. Their work uses free daily messages, chat credits and generation credits as shown in the app, within the daily budgets you and your plan set. Content that reaches a Piglet from the outside (web pages, webhooks, feeds) is treated as data, not as your instructions, but you are responsible for what you connect. You can switch Piglets off, disconnect Telegram or delete Piglets at any time.
Some models (Nano Banana, Grok Imagine, GPT Image, GPT Audio, Lyria) run at third-party providers (Google, xAI, OpenAI, through OpenRouter). Your prompt, and a picture you upload for them, is sent to that provider, and its usage policies apply as well; a provider may refuse a request. Premium models use generation credits like other models. New free accounts can use them 24 hours after sign-up, and free use from one network is limited per day. To keep the Service sustainable, premium models may pause for everyone until the next day (00:00 UTC) when a daily limit is reached.
You retain ownership of prompts you submit. You are solely responsible for the legality of your prompts and any generated images you create.
Subject to these Terms, you own what you make with the Service — images, video, audio, 3D models, code and games — and you may use it for personal and commercial purposes, including in games you sell, on every plan, Free included. Some open models attach their own conditions to use (see 4a — for example a regional limit or a revenue threshold for large companies); premium cloud models are also subject to their provider's terms (see 4c). AI output can resemble existing works: we make no warranty that it is free of third-party rights, so check important assets before you publish them (logos, characters, real people). We do not claim ownership of your content and do not train AI models on your prompts or creations. You give us only the permission we need to run the Service: to store, process and show your content to you, and to show publicly what you choose to publish (Arcade games, 3D Library models, comments, profile).
Paid subscriptions are billed in USD via our Merchant of Record, Creem. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
You may cancel anytime from your Account page. Access to Plus benefits continues until the end of the current billing period.

Chat credits, bonus credits and Pigcoins are prepaid or reward units for use inside the Service only. They have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn or sold, and Pigcoins can be transferred only as tips to other authors. Promo codes work once per account, for a limited number of accounts, and may end at any time. We may cancel credits or coins obtained through abuse (for example multiple accounts or fake plays). Invite rewards are given only for real new players.
Plans differ in daily credits, available models, number of Piglets and priority in the generation queue (paid plans are served before free requests when the GPU is busy). Credit costs and the list of models can change as models are added or retired; the current costs are always on the Pricing page. If we raise the price of a subscription, we tell you at least 30 days before your next renewal, and you can cancel before it applies. Plans have fair-use daily limits on AI agents (Piglets, Codpig) so the Service stays available for everyone.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PiGenerate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 3 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PiGenerate against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraud, abuse, or illegal activity, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time from your Account page.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Antalya, Türkiye. Nothing in these Terms limits the mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of the country where you live. Before going to court, please write to us — most problems are solved within a few days.
